Ingredients:
8 oz wheat penne pasta (or your choice)
3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow), sliced
1 onion, sliced
2-3 turkey sausages, sliced
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken bouillon packet or cube
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Goya all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Boil penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the veggies: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sautéing until tender-crisp. About 5-7 minutes.
Cook the sausage: Add sliced turkey sausage to the skillet and cook until browned. Cook sausage for at least 10 minutes.
Season: Stir in garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, black pepper, Goya seasoning, and Italian seasoning. Crumble in chicken bouillon for extra flavor. Mix well.
Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sausage and peppers. Let cook for at least 5-7 minutes on low heat.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot!
