Do you want to make a juicy and flavorful chicken breast? Well, you have come to the right recipe! This dish is perfect for family dinners. Chicken breast is popular for its health benefits. This part of the chicken is less fat and calories. Chicken breast is also very versatile and can be used for many dishes. Today, I made fulfilling juicy boneless and skinless chicken breasts in the oven. Let’s jump into how I made it.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of 3-4 Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast ( double recipe if needed – big family packs usually come with 8-10)
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 2-4 tbsp of butter
- Seasonings Used: Garlic Powder, I Onion Powder, Dash Garlic & Herb, Sazon Chicken seasoning, Paprika, Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Parsley (Let’s the seasonings marinate for at least 30 minutes or let marinate overnight if you desire, before baking)
How to make it:
- Clean/ Rinse chicken breast with cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Pound the chicken breast with your fist or a meat mallet to even the chicken breast out. Add olive oil to the chicken.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Season the chicken front and back with the seasonings I have listed or your own seasoning blend. Make sure to rub the seasonings all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken breast in a baking dish. Top each breast with a slice of butter. Cover the chicken with aluminum foil or a lid.
- Place the chicken in the oven covered for 40 minutes. Cook for another 10-15 minutes uncovered.
- When the chicken breast is done, let it sit for at least 6-7 minutes to let all the juices settle.
