- Seasonings used on chicken: black pepper, 1 packet of chicken bouillon, chili powder
Directions
- Clean and pat dry chicken. Slice the chicken and season it. If you are using chicken breast butterfly cut, then slice.
- Add seasoned chicken to a bowl then add soy sauce. Rub the soy sauce into the chicken, and let the chicken sit while you prepare vegetables.
- Long cut (julienne style) rinsed bell peppers. Also, chop up fresh garlic.
- In a skillet or deep pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Then add chicken. Let fry for at least 5 minutes before next step. (Drain extra oil when done if needed)
- Add bell peppers and garlic. Stir into the chicken. Let cook for 10 minutes.
- While, the chicken is cooking with the bell peppers. Mix together flour and cold water. Stir until the flour is no longer clumpy. Add browning sauce and stir it in real good. (Always add water to flour then stir for no clumps)
- Add the flour, water, and browning sauce mixture to chicken. Stir everything together, let cook covered on medium low for at least 15 minutes. Then let cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes( stir as needed).
