Grocery List:
- 1 pack of beef smoked sausage: you can substitute for your choice of sausage
- 1 yellow or white onion
- 1 green bell pepper (add more than 1 kind if you like)
- Fresh or minced garlic (at least 1 tbsp)
- Olive oil ( at least 2 tbsp)
- 1/2 cup- Banquet browning sauce
- 1/2 cup- Beef Broth
- Seasonings used: garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, Italian herbs (at least 1btsp of each)
How to make a One Pan Sausage, Onion, and Pepper
- First prepare ingredients, get the sausage sliced. Slice or chop the onion and bell pepper.
- In a frying pan/skillet add olive oil. Heat over medium heat.
- When oil heats, add sausage. Saute sausage for about 3-5 minutes. Then add fresh chopped garlic, and seasonings.
- Next, add the onion and bell pepper. Mix into sausage and garlic, let cook for about 5-7 minutes. (Mix as needed)
- Add browning sauce and broth. Let cook covered on medium low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
