Ingredients
1 box of your favorite cake mix ( I used white cake mix, Walmart great value brand)
3-4 egg whites or just follow the box ingredients
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
For a thick mix , only add a 1/2 cup of water or milk, most cake mixes call for at least 1 cup of water. If needed to thicken up, just add flour to your desire
Parchment paper/or non-stick baking
Directions
- First preheat oven to 350 Degrees, then take cake flour out of box, pour into a large mixing bowl.
- Next, add eggs, oil, and water/milk. Mix everything together until smooth. Add sprinkles or other candies in mix if you desire.
- Now cover baking pan with parchment paper. Start adding scoops of cookie mix to a baking sheet, leave space between each cookie. Add sprinkles on top if you desire.
- Place cookies in oven for about 20-25 minutes, when done let cook for about 5-7 minutes before removing from pan.
