It’s the summertime, the kids are home so breakfast ideas are a must. By the end of the week I’m all out of breakfast meals to make. One thing is for sure that kids love sweet breakfast items. Waffles…Pancakes..Cereal..donuts the list can go on. Just know each have been on the breakfast menu on recycle.

We can’t forget about the famous French toast! These French toast sticks are easy and a winner for breakfast in my house. So warm, crispy, Buttery and sweet! Pairs so good with sausage and eggs. Ingredients
4-5 slices of sliced sandwich bread
3 eggs
1 cup- milk
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp- vanilla extract
Cinnamon Sugar (Add as much as you like)
Directions
- First, prepare mixture for toast. In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Next, take your bread and slice off edges. Then cut slices the long way.
- Take a frying pan, set stove on medium then add butter. Start with half of stick of butter.
- When pan is hot, dip sliced bread in mixture then place in pan. Fry on both sides for at least 3-4 minutes.
- When golden and crispy transfer to a dish to drip any extra off then roll in Cinnamon sugar or dip.
