Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Seasonings used:

black pepper,sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Ranch seasoning, Parsely

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Potatoes (russet or Idaho Potatoes work fine)

  • 2-3 tbsp of Olive or vegetable cooking oil

Seasoned wedges before placed in oven

Directions

  • First, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Then, take your potatoes and cut right in half. Slice wedges with each half. Should make 3-4 slices with each half. Place slices in a bowl of water.
  • When you are done, rinse the potato wedge slices with cold water.
  • Next, place wedges in a dry bowl or surface you feel comfortable to start seasoning. Add olive oil and Seasonings to wedges and mix around to make sure each wedge is covered.
  • Now, take out a baking tray, coat with nonstick cooking spray. Then place wedges on baking tray, with a little space between each.
  • Let bake for about 45 minutes and until crispy and soft inside. Then serve!
