Peanut butter chocolate chip cookie bar

Ingredients

  • 2 rolls of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough(or use a big roll-30oz if you can find it)

  • 1 cup of peanut butter ( I use smooth/creamy)

  • 1/2cup of flour or cornstarch

  • 14oz can of sweet condensed milk

Directions

  • First, prepare the peanut butter mixture by mixing together peanut butter, flour, and condensed milk. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Next, use ungreased baking sheet, I cover the bottom with aluminum foil. Take out the refrigerated dough, cut in half if you are using a big roll, or just take one of your dough rolls. Slice the dough into a couple slices then layer in the baking sheet, spread using fingers.
  • Now, take the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly in the middle, try not to put peanut butter on the sides.
  • Last, take the remaining dough and put pieces over the peanut butter mixture. Place cookies in oven for 35 minutes uncovered. The cookies should brown on top when done. Then take out oven to cool.
  • Let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
