Ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen brussel sprouts thawed(10-12 oz or use fresh
- 2 tbsp of chopped garlic
- 2-3 tbsp of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
- Seasonings used: black pepper, 1 goya chicken seasoning packet, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder
- Double recipe if needed, this recipe is idea for 3-4 people
How to make oven roasted brussel sprouts
- Rinse brussel sprouts with cold water, pat dry.
- Cut the end piece off(optional) and cut each sprout in half.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Add seasonings, fresh garlic, and olive oil to the brussel sprouts. Mix it together.
- Add the sprouts to a baking sheet/pan. Pour melted butter over the sprouts and sprinkle parmsean cheese over the top.
- Put the brussel sprouts in the oven uncovered for about 20-25 minutes or until your crisp preference.
