Ingredients
1 Cup-Pancake mix
8-10 slices of bacon (cut in half)
1/2 cup-Milk
1- Egg
1 large zip lock bag(cut a small hole in corner) or squeeze bottle
Cooking oil spray or at least 1/2 stick of butter
Directions
- First, cook your bacon in a frying pan or cook in the oven. FYI bacon is delicious in the oven, just preheat oven to 350 degrees and let bacon bake for 15- 20 minutes! Set bacon to the side when done.
- Next, mix together pancakes mix, eggs, and milk. Add mixture to your bag or bottle.
- Heat pan over medium heat, add oil or butter
- When frying pan is hot start adding pancake mix in a round shape or close to bacon shape. Then add bacon on top, then place a coat of pancake mix over bacon. Cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
