Ingredients

  • 1 box of Cellentani(cork screw) pasta or Rotini (Use your choice of pasta)

  • 2 – 8oz bottles of pasta sauce

  • 1lb of ground beef

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • at least a 1/2 cup of pepperonis

  • 1 -8oz bag of Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • First, prep your vegetables. Chop up your onions and bell pepper and set to the side.
  • Next, get your water boiling for your pasta. Cook Pasta until tender/done. Drain and set to the side.
  • While the pasta is cooking, start cooking your ground beef, and add your vegetables to cook down. Once ground beef is done and brown drain access oil. Then put ground beef to the side.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Now, we you can start mixing all of the ingredients together. Start by adding ground beef, pasta sauce, and pasta into a mixing bowl or pot. Mix everything really good, I suggest mixing everything one by one, starting with cooked pasta. Also, add a couple handfuls of Mozzarella cheese to mix in. This will help hold the pasta together!
  • Last, top your pasta with mozereralla cheese and a layer of pepperonis. Then let bake uncovered in oven for about 35-45 minutes. Suggest baking covered last 10 minutes.
