Goya all purpose seasoning, 1 1/2 packets of sazon, black pepper, cumin, paprika, Dash garlic & herb, onion powder
Ingredients
3 1lb Pork Loin
At least 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
12oz Honey Bourbon Marinade or your choice of marinade or BBQ sauce. This recipe recipe can be made with or without a sauce glaze
Directions
- Take out the pork loin, season the meat all around with the seasonings I listed or your own blend. I don’t wash or rinse pork, but everyone has there own way of preparing this type of meal.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Next, in a frying pan add cooking oil, let heat on medium. When hot ,sear for at least 5-7 minutes on both sides of the pork loin.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add the pork to the pan fat side up. Bake uncovered in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Take out pork, brush the honey BBQ sauce over all over the pork loin. Place back in the oven with fat side up for 35 -40 minutes.
- When done baking, take out of the oven and let the pork sit for at least 6-7 minutes before slicing.
