1 lb of ground beef
16 oz can of tomato sauce or 2 8oz small cans
1 sweet or yellow onion
1/2 cup of Beef broth or 1 packet of Beef bouillon
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp of chili powder (add more if you like)
2 cloves of fresh garlic or 1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of yellow mustard
1 tbsp of vegetable or choice of oil to saute onion and garlic
Directions
- First, get your onions and garlic diced. I like to chop my onions small!
- Next, in a pan, add oil, turn stove on medium high heat. Then add onions and garlic. Saute for about 1-2 minutes then add ground beef. Cook ground beef until brown, then drain any extra oil. (Season ground beef to your liking while cooking)

- Last, turn off let cool for a few or serve on hotdogs or your dish of choice.
