Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pizza before going in the oven

Directions

  • Prepare chicken, clean and season with Seasonings in details or your own seasoning blend. I fry my chicken breast in a frying pan with olive oil. I fry on both sides for at least 7- 8 minutes. When chicken is done chop and set to the side.
  • Take out prepared dough, lay it on parchment/baking paper. If you don’t have a pizza baking pan, use a oven large baking sheet.
  • Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  • Use a fork to poke holes all around pizza dough. Rub about 1 tbsp of olive oil over pizza dough, place pizza in oven for 5-7 minutes before step 5.
  • Take pizza dough out of oven. First, add ranch dressing, and spread all over for your base. Next drizzle to your desire buffalo sauce. I mix in the Buffalo sauce in ranch base, if you want you can leave it drizzled.
  • Add a handful of mozzarella cheese over the whole pizza. Then add chicken pieces all over evenly. Top chicken with another drizzle of buffalo sauce.
  • Last top with parmesan cheese and more mozzarella!
  • Place in oven for at least 30 minutes.
