Bacon Egg and Cheese Omelet with onions and bell pepper

Directions

  • First, cook bacon, when done piece up bacon or if your prefer chop before cooking. Set cooked bacon aside.
  • Next, get the vegetables diced. This is optional but I saute my onions and peppers before adding to Omelet.
  • Now let’s make the egg mixture. Crack two eggs in a bowl, add milk and seasoning. (optional, I add about 2 pinches of cheddar cheese.)
  • Beat eggs for about 20-25 secs.
  • In a frying pan/skillet, turn stove on medium, add oil or butter to pan. Let butter or oil warm a little.
  • Next add egg mixture, when the eggs start to heat around the sides take a spatula and go all around the Omelet fluffing it a little. Then start adding cheese over the whole egg, then adding meat and vegetables on one side. Keep moving around the sides and let majority liquid go before next step.
  • Now flip side with no meat over to the other side. Press lightly, liquid should be gone, turn off stove. You can garnish top with more cheese or add some parsley to too.
