Sheet Pan Beef Nachos

Beef Nachos is my guilty pleasure! Sheet Pan Nachos are just so flavorful and delicious! These Nachos are super easy to make and don’t take much time. So skip your local tex- mex spot, and make these homestyle nachos. This is how I make these simple and cheesy Beef Nachos. First, I cook and season my ground beef with a homemade taco seasoning mix. This is totally optional, if you prefer to use a taco seasoning pack. I will list my seasoning mix for you below. Next, I layer my tortilla chips on a baking pan/sheet pan. Then I top with seasoned ground beef , black beans , pico de gallo, and cheese. Then I bake in oven for at least 15- 20 minutes, on 350 degrees. When my nachos come out of oven, I layer with all my favorite toppings! This is a great recipe for a Cinco de Mayo Celebration! Or when your in the mood for American/Mexican food! Let’s jump into this easy recipe.

Homemade Taco Seasoned ground beef

Directions

  • First, prepare your toppings: Red Onions, Pico, black beans or any other toppings you will add on top of Nachos before placing in oven.
  • While you prep, start cooking your ground beef. Also, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Take out a sheet Pan, place parchment paper or aluminum foil. Or you can spray a little cooking oil on pan to keep nachos from sticking.
  • Open the bag of tortillas chips, spread evenly across pan. Then take 1/2 the bag of cheese and sprinkle all over tortilla chips. Then add black beans and red chopped onions. Now you can add the ground beef. The way you layer the ingredients is not mandatory. I add Pico next, then top with the remaining cheese.
  • Now place Nachos in oven for 15-20 minutes. When done cheese should be melted and tortilla chips will be warm and crispy! Enjoy!
