Loaded Cheese Dip in a Skillet Pan

Ingredients

  • two 1lb or 16 0z- Velveeta block cheese

  • 2 small cans of rotel tomatoes

  • 1 red onion

  • 1lb of ground beef

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 can of black beans

  • 1 can of green chiles (mild or hot)

  • 1/2 cup of milk or heavy cream (optional)

Directions

  • First, start cooking your ground beef, cook until brown/done. Season beef while cooking for best flavor!
  • Next, get onion diced. Then cut block cheese into cube size pieces. Do the same for cream cheese or cut in half.
  • Now, take your ground beef,Velveeta cheese and cream cheese, add to pot or pan with milk. Turn stove on medium low. Let warm for about 2 minutes and start stirring if needed.
  • Then add diced onion, drained corn, black beans, tomatoes and chiles. Mix and let cook on low or medium low heat: 10-15 minutes. The key to a good dip is to start cooking on low and add more heat when desired.
  • Keep stirring as needed, when done everything should be melted. Serve right away or keep on low heat.
