Bagel Breakfast Sliders

Bagel breakfast sliders is a easy breakfast sandwich idea you will love! These breakfast sliders have the traditional bacon egg and cheese on it. With cream cheese baked in to hit the bagels off. These mini sandwiches are yummy and cute for brunches or for a family breakfast.

Bagel breakfast sliders

Ingredients

  • One bag of mini bagels

  • 5-6 slices bacon

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese

  • Milk(optional for eggs)

  • Dash everything but salt for bagel topping ,(optional) regular poppy seeds work too!

Directions

  • First, get the bacon fried. I cut my bacon in half before frying. Fry bacon on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until crispy, set aside when done let oil drip off.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Next, prepare scrambled eggs. Crack eggs in bowl add milk, salt and pepper. Whip for about 30-35 seconds. In a pan add butter and heat on medium. Pour eggs in pan when butter melts, scramble until fluffy. Turn off heat and set aside.
  • Now prepare your mini bagels. Take the bottom part of bagels and layer in a baking dish. Spread cream cheese on each bottom bagel. Then add a piece of bacon on each. Then sprinkle cheddar cheese over each. Next add eggs on each, and another layer of cheddar cheese.
  • Take your top bagels and place over each layered bagel. Spread softened butter on each bagel top and sprinkle everything but salt or poppy seeds on top.
  • Place in oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts and bagels brown. Let cool if you desire or serve right away.
