Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1 Roll of 8 refrigerated homestyle biscuits

  • 8 slices or up to one pack of bacon

  • 6-8 slices of American Cheese slices or 1-2 cups of shredded cheddar (both can be used)

Directions

  • First, fry your bacon in a frying pan or bake in oven until nice and crispy. Set aside when done to cool and cut your bacon into pieces.
  • Next, make your mixture for the bake. In a mixing bowl mix together eggs, milk salt and pepper. Then take your biscuits out, cut in medium small pieces. Add those pieces to the egg mixture, then add half of your bacon pieces in, mix together. (Preheat oven to 350 degrees)
  • Now, in your baking dish or aluminum foil pan spray non stick oil or coat with butter. Add your mixture, place in oven for 25-30 minutes,or until biscuits start to brown and liquid is gone. ( start cutting up your American cheese slices, or just get your shredded cheese ready)
  • Take your bake out of the oven, add your cheese and leftover bacon on top. Place back in oven for 7- 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
