Easy Breakfast Pizza

Sliced Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 classic pizza crust (13.8 oz, I used pillsbury)

  • 1 -15 oz can of country sausage gravy

  • 6-7 slices of Bacon

  • 8 oz bag Cheddar cheese

  • 3 eggs

Oven Baked Bacon

Directions

  • First, preheat oven to 375-400 degrees.
  • Start making bacon, either fry in a pan or bake it. You will be crumbling crispy bacon over pizza in a later step, so set to the side to cool when done.
  • Now, take out prepared dough and a baking pan, cover with parchment paper. Lay dough out evenly on parchment paper. Spread some olive oil across dough, take a fork and poke gentle holes throughout dough.( this will keep dough from blowing up).
  • Let it bake in oven for about 7 minutes or until a light brown
  • While dough is baking, crack open eggs and scramble in a pan on low so they come out fluffy. ( I whip my eggs in a bowl with about 2 tbsp of milk, salt, pepper). Set to the side when done.
  • Take pizza dough out of oven, and spread sausage gravy over pizza dough, this will be your base.
  • Then take scrambled eggs add all over pizza, followed by a handful of cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Top pizza with more cheddar cheese.
  • Place pizza in oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!
