Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick of butter ( suggest unsalted butter)

  • Garlic powder (2-3 tablespoons)

  • Fresh garlic (at least 2 cloves)

  • Grated parmesan ( add shredded if you like) at least 1/2 cup

Directions

  • Take a small pot or sauce pan, add 1 stick of butter and fresh chopped garlic. (This recipe is for a small batch of sauce, double recipe if needed)
  • Turn your stove on medium heat.
  • When your butter starts to melt add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper. Make sure to stir and turn sauce down low when butter melts.
  • Now add grated parmesan, stir and turn off. ( if not using right away keep on low)
  • For Wing Sauce: Now you can pour your sauce over your wings, toss, and serve. Try sprinkling some parsley and shredded parmesan after tossing.
