Honey Garlic Sauce

Honey garlic sauce is so sweet and satisfying! Not only does it taste great tossed on chicken wings. This sauce is great on every part of the chicken🙂 Chicken Thighs, legs, and breast compliment this sauce so well. Also this sauce makes a great dipping sauce for tenders and more! Cooking Tip

if your cooking chicken wings or tenders, add the chicken right to the sauce or into a mixing bowl. This sauce is so good as a side dip also if you don't like your chicken completely wet.

Spoonful of honey garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup-Honey

  • 1/2cup- Soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup -Ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon-cornstarch

  • 2-3 teaspoons-Water

  • 2 tbsp- Butter or cooking oil

  • 4-5 cloves- Fresh chopped garlic

  • 1-2 tablespoons-Garlic powder

Directions

  • First, chop up your garlic. Then add olive oil or butter to sauce pan or pot, turn stove on low medium. The butter is to cook your chopped garlic in. Let your garlic saute for at least 2 minutes.
  • Next add, ketchup, stir, then add soy sauce. Stir and let cook for at least 1 minute.
  • Now add honey, stir and let cook for at least 2 minutes. “Add Seasonings while cooking “
  • In a small cup or measuring cup add cornstarch and a little water to mix together. Mix until no clumps then add it to the sauce. Stir and let cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Turn the sauce on low or turn stove off then serve.
