Corned Beef Hash is one of my favorite breakfast dishes! Corned Beef Hash is just chopped meat and potatoes. The Best thing about canned Corned Beef Hash is that it’s already cooked. This simple dish is made in a skillet, and cooked with diced or chopped onions. Most people even prefer to throw fried eggs right on top while cooking. I usually make a fried or scrambled egg and grits on the side. However you pair the eggs, will be a yummy combination. Corned Beef Hash is not just for breakfast, it can also be made for dinner. Growing up we would eat it with rice. This low budget meal is so easy to make! Let’s jump into the recipe.
