Philly Cheese Steak Sliders are so easy to make! Inside are your favorites that you would include on a hoagie Philly Cheese Steak. This recipe includes onions and bell peppers. Of course if you or your family are not a big fan of onions, peppers or both just leave it off. I usually go the cheap way and use frozen steak(known as Steak- UMM). You are more than welcome to use fresh sliced Steak. The Best type of steak to use is Ribeye!

Directions

  • First, take out your steak slices get it separated and prepared for cooking. If your using fresh steak get it sliced!
  • Next, get onions and bell peppers chopped. Remember you are making mini steak sandwiches so make your veggies small so they can fit πŸ˜‰
  • Before you start cooking you can also prepare your butter for the buns. Take about a half stick of butter, place in a microwave safe bowl or use a small pot on stove. Add parsley and garlic powder. Warm in microwave for at least one minute or until melted. Stirr and set to the side.
  • In a frying pan Add oil, at least 1 tbsp(Add more if needed. Add vegetables. Let onions and peppers cook down for at least 5 minutes.
  • Now you can add Steak. (Add seasonings)The trick is to piece up each slice of steak while adding to pan. Saute into vegetables and cook for about 7-8 minutes or until brown. When done drain oil if needed.
  • While steak is cooking preheat oven to 375 degrees and start preparing buns. Start by laying bottom slider buns on parchment paper or a greased baking pan. Usually the bun should easily come apart, use a knife and gently separate top and bottom buns if needed.
  • Start spreading butter on bottom buns, then add provolone cheese, next add steak. Make sure to spread steak and cheese evenly on the buns. Add another layer of cheese across steak then place top buns over it. Spread the rest of the butter across the top.
  • Place sliders in oven for at least 15- 20 minutes. Buns should be golden brown on top and Cheese melted when done. Serve right away or let cool.
