Pinto Beans with Turkey Neck

Pinto beans make a delicious side dish! These beans hold so much flavor and have a soft texture when done. Pintos is really good over rice or even by itself when you have meat added. Pinto beans are usually cooked with ham hock. I usually cook mine with a turkey neck or ham hock. Both are cooked the same way. You can find these types of meats right in the meat section at your local grocery store. Also known as smoked meat that is packaged. Let’s jump into the recipe!
